You favorite Phoenix Lord just got the Legends treatment, so what? Just a good excuse to model and Autarch model and call it Larandras, Karandras’ long lost cousin.

Honestly, any excuse to paint this bright green is a good one. It is my favorite color.

Bright miniatures usually let you get away with a simpler paint scheme. This Autarch is really only three colors and a base. Bright Green, Black, Purple, wham, bam, stick it on a base and voilà. The key is making sure those colors are all shaded and highlighted properly, so it does not look too simple and short-cutty

You sure can add more, Aledari miniatures are packed with details. But to get them quickly and in style on the board, bright and simple is the way I prefer.
