A Brooding (and slightly pink) Lumineth Realm-lords Army Showcase

This project features a full Lumineth Realm-lords force painted in a custom sea-green and silver scheme. It is far from the classic studio look and quite unique.

Quality of the pictures in this post varies greatly. The original were lost, those are the ones I’ve scrapped from the Internet and messenger texts.

Teclis and Celennar is the real centerpiece of this army. Throughout the army, I left most of the custom bases bare by design. With the bases for the bulk of the army 3D printed, the style did not really match anyway. I just kept the color scheme tight to make them blend in.

The Shrine Luminor is probably my favorite piece of the original Lumineth Realm-lords release. Even though it is a simpler kit, it has so much style and personality.

Alarith, Spirit of the Mountain and Avelanor, the Stoneheart King. The lovingly called Battle Cattle are a great break from the classic and traditional Fantasy style of elves. I mean, huge cows with warhammers?! Sign me up.

The troops felt really interesting, as they are all new and age-of-sigmar-ified takes on the classic high elves troops of the Warhammer Fantasy era. The most drastic change is the units with actual warhammers, but they tie in nicely with the battle cattle.

The starshard ballista is another nod to a classic high elf unit. Much sleeker design than it’s predecessor however.

Endless spells are one of my favorite Age of Sigmar thing. They are always awesome and full of the army’s aesthetic.

All the ‘lesser’ heroes are wonderfully weird – Eltharion is a floating armor, there’s a wizard zooming in on a cloud, one standing on a swordmaster, and another meditating on a floating rock. To round out the army are Myari’s Purifiers, the Warhammer Underworlds warband
