This showcase is a Lieutenant painted in the Iron Ravens scheme. This is a very fun and uncommon scheme, that’s very bold.

A Space Marine Lieutenant is all about leading from the front. This one, from the Dark Imperium boxed set, is not much of a fighter but more of a gunner. There’s so many variants out there, you can pretty much find one with whatever gear you like.

The Iron Ravens are a chapter known for fast strikes and clean, precise tactics. Their colour scheme is mostly made of metallics, which I very much like. It is not a common main color for loyalist space marines. In the lore, Iron Ravens focus on mobility, discipline, and well-timed hits to wage war.

For this model, I chose purple as the accent color. I’m not too sure what the official color should be for lenses, but purple fits nicely. I also went with a light brown base, because the main silver color is pretty dark.
